Born in the lush forests of Sattari, North Goa’s fertile heartland and capital of Feni, this inaugural batch reflects the quiet purity of where it was made. The air here is cooler, the rhythm slower...ideal for barrels to breathe and the spirit to mature with patience.
American Oak lends creamy notes of vanilla and caramel, while seasoned casks bring quiet spice and deep amber warmth. Each barrel rests in Sattari’s tranquil air, slowly shaping a Feni of true depth and character.
